Full and part time employment as a reporter/editor, camera/studio assistant and student assistant in media and communications organizations which comprised of four public and private television stations, a radio station and a newspaper. Tasks ranged from assistance at video clip shots, research and stakeholder management to production of own article series, as well as television and radio contributions.

Assistance to the department manager and the quality department comprising 400 staff members. Coordination of work tasks and processes across departments, office management and administration. Support of Audi's first organizational audit in 1996.

Three year apprenticeship comprising practical training in an organizational setting and theoretical education at a vocational school, with final exams before the Chamber of Trade and Commerce. The vocational education included classes such as production planning, accounting and controlling, marketing, HR management, trade laws. The organizational education included assignments in 25 different departments throughout the organization and familiarization with work routines, processes and procedures.
