Successfully delivered three projects in the given project duration. Employed lean tools to achieve project goals and also client satisfaction. Day to day activity included visiting client's manufacturing facility and understanding the problem through interaction with blue collar as well as white collar employees. Suggested changes for improving the company's efficiency through presentations to the management.

Worked 4 days a week. In the short time frame, I successfully prepared a more efficient shop floor layout after thorough study of operations.
