Main responsibilities : * Establish strong relationships with Seedcare Key Accounts and Channel partners to maximize business growth and ensure best support of their needs * Develop and maintain Key Accounts strategies and plans * Drive the accelerated adoption of new technologies based on deep understanding of the market, the competitive landscape and the Key Accounts needs and strategy * Create and monitor joint development programs to further enhance the competitive position of Key Accounts

* Selling products from the Elixir Agrar ltd sales portfolio * Monitoring and analyzing the status of solvency and proposing measures for improving the cooperation with customers * Identifying market potentials and proposing measures to increase the number of customers * Proposing elements of a commercial policy depending on the group of customers or the type of goods, as well as the behavior of the competition * Collection of receivables from customers

* Responsible for all trading activities ( purchase and sale ) of agricultural products : wheat, corn, sunflower, soybean, oilseed rape, fuel, crop protection products and mineral fertilizers * Making production contracts with farmers * Collecting receivables from customers * Monitoring the state of stock of goods, products and materials * Direct participation in the implementation of joint investments with business partners, such as joint construction of silos, dryers and warehouses
