Nicolas Schobesberger

In my current position I am responsible for Marketing & Communications as well as HR Management and Development within the company. - Marketing includes Social Media content strategy and creation for several platforms, creating and maintaining B2B cooperations and partnerships as well as constantly improving our selfmade Onlineshop (xocolat.at) -HR includes recruiting & developing new team members, creating internal communication tools & improving processes.

Supporting the team during the entire search process- starting with tracking candidates, contacting them and finally being part of face to face interviews. The main goal is finding the ideal candidates for our international clients and adapting to their individual expectations.

Supporting a Colombian tech start up by creating marketing and communication- action plans. Furthermore I was part of strategy development in its initiation phase. I gained organization, design and presentation skills as well as intercultural understanding. Working closely with South American Business people opened my eyes to new approaches and solution oriented task strategies.

Developping and realizing Social Media campaigns to promote Aiesec's Outgoing program "Global Citizen". I myself already participated in a Global Citizen project in the Philippines this summer and gained valuable knowledge in intercultural communication, teaching children aged 5-15 English reading, writing and speaking as well as activities like painting and making music together.

Administrative and supportive work.

6 week volontary internship in Manila, Philippines (Project Legacy) --> main goal: supporting abandonned, mistreated and neglected children in education. --> partners in cooperation: "He Cares Foundation"​, the "House of Refuge"​ and "Young Focus"​, all located in Quezon City, Manila. --> teaching children (age 5-16) English, Mathematics and Music -->building a new home for more than 100 street children and their families
