-Resume screening, interviewing candidates, assisting in onboarding, managing talent pool, sourcing. Moreover, setting up processes, supporting the People team in other HR activities (engagement, employer branding, OKR).

My responsibilities encompassed managing company's OKR, handling applications and talent pool, driving team engagement (through remote games, mystery coffees, spotlight stories...), interviewing, onboarding newcomers. Introduced OKR tracking and other significant HR processes (handbook, values, mood surveys, etc.).

Azitek is a startup that develops indoor tracking technology based on the RFID system. My tasks included performing application and market research for the startup's disruptive technology, creating case studies, lead generation, competition research, preparing promotion material, etc.

An HR internship training at one of the major IT companies in Serbia. Besides the bachelor thesis research, my tasks included simulating the selection process, attending interviews, learning about the HR business partner model, HR administration, examining motivation, etc.
