Reports to the Partner – Owner of the company and manages project teams of 4 to 9 subordinates with responsibilities exercised over Albania, Kosovo and Greece by setting-up, planning, monitoring, controlling and advicing companies’ management, providing services in the areas of Financial Advisory (Business Plans, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Performance Analysis, Cash Flow Management, Treasury Operations), Business Assurance and Accounting, acting as Chief Financial/Operating Officer.

Reported to the Group CFO, managed 11 subordinates, with resposibilities exercised over Greece, Turkey, Albania and Cyprus. I led the set-up of financial reporting models on Group and Entities level and I co-led the set–up of Hygeia Hospital Tirana (Albania) finance department in cooperation with local CFO, two Share Capital Increases and other projects (SAP & Tranfer Pricing), apart from my day-to-day job of controlling, reporting, budgeting, treasury, where I provided feedback to BoD & Senior Management.

Reported to the F&B Reporting Manager, managed 2 subordinates and had frequent interaction with the finance department of the parent company (Delhaize) in Belgium, with resposibilities within reporting (both monthly-internal and quarterly-external) under IFRS and US GAAP, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting by analysing business performance, preparing presentations and providing feedback to the BoD and Senior Management. Also, I co-led two IT implementation projects (SAP & Cartesis Magnitude).

Reported to the Group CFO and managed 4 subordinates with responsibilities exercised over Greece, Cyprus, USA and France. I also led our team in the implementation of "IFRS First Time Adoption" Project on Group and Entities level and had the resposibility of the quarterly publication to Capital Markets and Athens Stock Exchange in accordance with the relevant Regulatory Framework (IFRS).
