Managed daily operational queries and ensured smooth STP running of the client flow. Determined the trades not matching in CTM as well as the implications of the trades failing in the market. Being familiar with the trade matching KPI’s, implemented high end improvements to increase STP. Reduced the number of mismatches occurred by getting taxes and charges correct. Produced a spreadsheet with macros for the Asian markets.

Introduced several STP initiatives, which improved and enhanced the operational client set-up.
