In my role, I'm focused on process management, process optimization and automation for regional banks in the DACH region, including the development of new Target Operating Models. I'm also using data-driven approaches to develop pricing strategies for cooperative banks.

Technology Strategy / Digital Transformation

- Analysis of our client's problems and needs, and preparation of detailed and well-thought-out digitalization proposals and process optimization plans for SMEs and freelancers, working in a team of 6 members. - Data-driven optimization of 200+ sales funnel, generating 5 to 6 figures per funnel and per month for clients from different industries. - Design of different internal process, that led to a 30% increase in productivity for our sales team, which translates to a higher revenue from organic leads.

In cooperation with the TU Munich - Building digital workflows with the enterprise platform ServiceNow. - Applying the knowledge of 5 intensive training weeks to real business challenges set by the Allianz Technology SE, consisting of designing an optimal CI/CD Pipeline on ServiceNow.

In cooperation with the TU Munich - Developed a Classification Model from scratch, for predicting the success of sales offers for smart infrastructure, in a team of 4 students, using R and Python - Finished within the top 10% of 140 teams that submitted. •Skills: R, R Studio, Python, Jupyter Notebook, GitHub

- Agile development of an app that automates the protection requirement and business impact analysis in a team of 8 students in 6 sprints. - Integrated and trained an AI-based Chat bot to the app during the last sprint, which covered 80% of the use cases using DialogFlow CX. •Skills: SQL · Project Management · Cybersecurity · Dialogflow

- Providing students with individualized assistance to help them learn and understand new concepts in order to complete assignments. - In spite of the pandemic, 100% of the students, who actively participated in the tutorials that I offered, passed the final exams.

- Thesis: "Technostress and its Relation to Collaboration Software" - Seminar paper: "The role of Gambling Elements in Serious Contexts" about gamification and gamblification elements in IT contexts.
