Head of Baltic Banking Operations (2007–2008), IT & General Services Director (2006-2007), Head of IT (2004–2006) Recruited back to UniCredit by former Director to launch Estonia branch IT operations and manage resources in IT projects. Assumed leadership of all IT and back-office operations. Hand-picked to direct all banking operations across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Implemented strategic plans to improve IT performance and streamline bank’s back-office activities. Oversaw security compliance.

Managed all facets of engagements with corporate clients to information risk management (IRM) offerings such as IT audit and compliance, security policy design, and other IT governance programs as hands-on IT consultant. Conducted in-depth reviews to identify policy and compliance gaps as well as core business system deficiencies spanning ERP, industrial control systems (SCADA), and payment processing platforms. Devised strategic and tactical recommendations for issue remediation.

Coordinated upgrade and management of network infrastructure to optimize voice and data communications. Collaborated with London-based Regional Service Center teams to provide IT system, infrastructure support and help desk services to locations in Baltic countries.
