PDI/S (Pre Delivery Inspection/Service), vehicles expertise, qualitative and quantitative vehicle checking, vehicle transport and custom clearance, storing according to requested standards, installation of accessories, insurance issues, coordination with brand representatives (Porsche SCG, Mercedes-Benz Serbia, Fiat Automobili Serbia…).

Maintenance of mechanical, mining and transport equipment and devices which are used for surface coal mining, creating and coordinating repair plans and investment repairs.

Performing pipe stress calculations (power plants); creating/modifying pipe supports and pipe isometric views from basic concept to detailed drawings and 3D models; managing pipe supports lists and material orders for site; managing system documentation; communication with site and suppliers; creating Field Service Instructions. All these activities were executed with the 3D tool PDMS (Design and Draft), Rohr2, Plant-PDM (Project tool suite), SECAD Engineering Database, Auto Cad, Licad and several more.

Determining cause, scale and value of damaged vehicles and writing accident reports; observing and collecting material, parts and service prices in the market; determining the value of damaged vehicle and repair profitability; interpretation of a court expert’s findings; preparation of educational seminars and trainings.

Principle studies included: mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics and pneumatics, electrotechnics, project engineering, machines and tools, CAD/CAM systems, industrial robots etc. MS thesis: Design of a Flexible Manufacturing Cell for Production of Rotational Parts.
