I was in charge of a number of clients, mainly companies which where using our telecommunication services specially implemented into the kind of industry. My work was based on advising new products and re-evaluating the current telecommunication system in order to add value. Moreover, I was in charge of the monitoring of the invoices in each company and offering solution to possible problems.

As a duty manager I was in charge of a multicultural group of seven people that I trained in the services of sales and catering in “The Grand Island Hotel” placed in United Kingdom. In the hotel we organized meetings, conferences, fashion shows, celebrations etc. Furthermore, I worked with statistics, cash flows and emitting economical reports.

Analyzing and answering the invoicing claims to give solutions to our customers and taking feedbacks to refresh the actual process in the back office area of customer service.
