• HR team of 29 professionals, and oversaw a workforce of 22,000 employees across the DACH region, guided outsourced service partners across Eastern Europe. • Directed the organisation through a major HR transformation, by implementing Workday and AI HR technology, agile HR processes, and operating model. • Established leaner and high-performing teams, which resulted in the Talent Acquisition Team reducing from 4 FTE, to 2.5 FTE, whilst improving performance of time to fill from 89 days, to 21 days.
• Functioned as a Business Planning Team member, controlled a team of 16 HR professionals, managed HR operations for more than 2,400 employees, also led change initiatives across the HR, Sales, Finance. • Steered negotiations with 5 work councils to define agile structures and processes, which reduced organisational overhead costs by 3.5%, whilst propelling profitable growth by 27.8%. • Pioneered various HR technologies into the organisation; including Workday, ServiceNow, AI.
• Operated as a Business Planning Team member, directed a team of 15 HR professionals, also oversaw all HR operations for more than 1,600 employees. • Mitigated the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on the organisation, by implementing a remote work concept before the pandemic. • Design, national union negotiation and implementation of industry leading CBA Portugal. • Creating inclusive culture of learning and career growth thanks to the design and roll-out of performance management cycle.
