Responsible for leading Atlas Engineering Group's digital transformation to develop an adaptive infrastructure program that reflects business strategies and growth within a fully flexible framework. I focus on developing and implementing new digital strategies and capabilities across the organization by leveraging digital information and emerging technologies to drive digital revenue, optimize operations, and create business value while acting as a point of contact for innovation.

I provided strategic leadership and consulting on a range of business processes and projects, including feasibility studies, scope, and business case development, detailed design to define strategy and structure as well as strengthen internal functions, supported by technical solutions.

Within my role as Venture Lead for one of Lakeba Group’s newest ventures, I worked closely together with the Executive Team to develop, lead and drive strategic initiatives, operational oversight and functional excellence for one of the emerging ventures of Lakeba Group. I engaged in and led a diverse team of internal employees and external partners responsible for the prototyping, launching and scaling of the business.

As the Head of Strategy & Operations, I was responsible for determining the business direction by working with leading team members, to create and implement strategies and growth goals as well as communicate the vision and ensure the right mechanisms were put in place to deliver digital transformation.

As a Business Development Manager, my role was to work with customers and partners worldwide, build new business cases and turn them into ventures. By identifying and filtering early-stage ideas, rapidly building scalable systems, and engaging a team of acceleration experts delivering fast commercialisation opportunities, I helped Lakeba Group to maximise its opportunities and achieve great innovation success.

As the CEO & Founder, I managed the overall operations of the startup and was responsible for developing and executing strategies to meet investor, consumer, and employee needs. The app primarily enabled students to easily and spontaneously create an event and connect with people to socialize as quickly as possible.

In my role in Sales and Marketing for the Enterprise sector, I was directly involved into the commercial process for large corporations in Germany. I generally conducted the following tasks: • Prospected and conducted face-to-face sales with business executives and directors throughout assigned territory. • Met existing customers to review current services and expand sales opportunities.

Responsible for creating and implementing external and internal communications strategies for external facing company initiatives such as Road Shows. I consulted on targeting both offline and online consumers by designing a multi-pronged and comprehensive market strategy.
