Responsible for the Infrastructure Outsourcing Services in North and Central Europe including Datacenter, Workplace, Program Management and Client Operations, Financial responsibility, Leadership responsibility for 4000 employees

Responsible for all Sales and New Business Opportunities from an infrastructure outsourcing perspective, approval of delivery models and costings

Responsible for all infrastructure related Programs and Projects in EMEA North and Central Europe, Program Governance, Financial responsibility, Leadership responsibility for 250 employees in 17 countries, Offshoring, Certifications

Responsible for outsourcing contracts of multiple international and regional clients in the manufacturing and airline industry, relationshp management on CEO/CIO level, financial and operational management of the contracted services, P/L turn-over ~15 Mio.CHF/yearly

Responsible for the implementation of SAP ERP systems in the financial moduls incl. developement and end user trainings.
