Production sites in Slovakia and UK, sales office in Germany. One-time, short-term project.
Setting-up the Slovak business unit of the group, managing the pre-start up phase in terms of financial, legal and administration topics, communication with authorities, staff hiring, import and registration of trucks. Dynamic environment, actively participating in creation of the company from "zero" in March 2006 to 120 employees and 60 trucks operating in February 2007.
Implementation of accounting, payroll and reporting systems, VAT refunds, etc., full administration support of international companies entering local market. Career start in consulting, assisting with several start-up projects, gaining communication & presentation skills, moving from „advisory“ side to „daily business“ after 5 years.
