As an intern within the Customer Experience and Quality department, my tasks are related to IT support and supervision. Dealing with internal customers, providing exceptional support for the sales force. Through the use of VBA, I was able to reduce the manual workload time for myself by 80% and helped others reduce theirs by a minimum 30%. This allowed us to concentrate on more important aspects of the business.
