Duties: Programming and configuration of the industrial control systems with Simatic PCS7 / WinCC software. Participation in a large DCS project developlent (a chrome ore enrichment plant) - PLC logics design and testing with PCS7 CFC/SCL, local control systems integration, SCADA screens and functions design and testing with WinCC Professional/VBS/C++. Achievements: Developed a 4K videowall SCADA screen with about 100 active elements that shows the overview of the whole technological process.

Site control, communication, safety, and security systems maintenance management (software and hardware). The necessary site documentation development and update. The maintenance contractors coordination and management. Maintenance schedules development, update and fulfillment provision. Work with equipment faults (diagnostics and repair works coordination and participation).

Developing and maintaining Simatic S7-300/1200 control systems and HMI systems using Step7 / TIA Portal and WinCC. Participating in commissioning / startup operations of 2 flue gas monitoring systems based on S7-1200 controllers + Simatic Industrial PCs. Responsible for tech maintenance of 4 similar flue gas monitoring systems, including their SQL databases maintenance. Maintaining Yokogawa CENTUM VP and ProSafe-RS systems, including technical maintenance, fault diagnosis, modification and expansion.

Ensuring building process of the new oil processing installation and its infrastructure regarding field devices, sensors, control systems, and emergency shutdown systems (about 3,000 of field channels in total). Purchases management (including spare parts), verification of specifications and technical projects, participation in control engineering, building, and commissioning processes. Actively participated in tech meetings to define the control systems general structure, redundancy, and reliability.

Maintaining Yokogawa DCS and SCS of Azot JSC chemical shops, including technical maintenance, fault diagnosis, modification, expansion etc. Work with various field devices and sensors using HART+PACTware. Actively participated in DCS/SCS introduction and commissioning for Azot JSC chemical shops: - rectification stage of Caprolactam production (about 2,000 of field channels); - Carbamide production (about 3,000 of field channels).

Maintaining sensors and power units of the technological steam boiler room (75 tons of steam per hour). Process organization for a timely check, service, and calibration of sensors. Organized and actively participated in the steam boiler room overhaul in summer 2007.
