As an advisor my job was to efficiently assist our customer around the world. This involved effectively communicating with our technicians, dealers as well as our representatives in different markets; therefore my language skills were vital. Administrating the customer database and continuous communication via email or phone was part of my daily routine.

My responsibilities were to conduct semi-structured CATI-based interviews with physicians in Spanish speaking countries. I was also responsible for collating and reporting weekly Spanish departmental statistics. Finally, for three months I was scripting logic for questionnaires using SPSS In2form and acted as a liaison with the Data Processing department. SHORT TERM CONTRACTS

My main responsibility as an Account Manager was to initiate the company’s operations in Sweden. This entailed acquiring new customers (agents), the promotion of the company through direct marketing channels (radio stations, Latin web site, and local newspapers), daily assessment of end customer transactions as well as the daily administrative activities in the local office.
