• Founded the company in May 2011. • Produced two feature films with an expected wide Norwegian cinematic release in December 2015 & 2016. • Hired the staff including writer, co-producers and other crew. • Raised the necessary capital for the productions. • Oversaw the development of the films marketing and public relations campaign. • Managed a team of 110-120 employees involved with each of the productions.

Currently housing 16 tenants. • Oversee companies 4 part-time employees.

• Oversaw ANSA USAs six person executive national board. • Oversaw the management of our nine regional chapters. • Oversaw the management of 267 regional coordinators. • Coordinated two annual national events.

• Managed ANSA USAs public relations. • Was in charge of communication between the national organization, and our chapters and members. • Edited and delegated article assignments for ANSA USAs website and member magazine. • Developed ANSA USAs new graphic identity. • Created a social media presence to reach out to potential new members.
