I'm leading a newly formed team of designers and researchers within the product organization of Emarsys. Since this is a new position, my tasks include creating and managing the team, establishing and evangelizing general design practice and user centred design in the whole company. I also take part in the development of the Emarsys Marketing Cloud as the UX person inside product teams.

I've been working on the Prezi presentation web application and its companion web site in several cross-functional teams. My key tasks are related to: * user research * championing user needs and pain points * co-designing interaction flows, UI proposals and prototypes * driving product learning Main projects I've been participating in: pricing page redesign, presentation editor features, sharing, group collaboration, Android app, iOS app.

I was working on chronic and acute dialysis devices' software and UI. I was participating in the usability engineering based on the IEC 62366 standard and related risk management.
