Management of a team of senior Product Managers based in Europe. Development and advocacy of the Orange Group’s Device Strategy with the main emphasis on Executive and Country buy-in. Achievements include the design and implementation of the Signature Device strategy focusing on incremental usage and revenue generation through segment focused device customisation. Management of the Group’s Signature Device portfolio over the full product lifecycle.

Management of a split site team of 10 Product Managers and a Marketing budget in excess of €6 million. Accountable for the Operational management of Orange UK’s Device & SIM portfolio over the full product life cycle. Achievements include the implementation of rigorous product management techniques and processes and a change of focus from Acquisition to Retention and Customer Value. Design and implementation of marketing and promotional activity, for execution in Direct and Indirect channels.
