Install clients PCs, troubleshoot for problems such as profile issues, network/internet connection, identify if users document transfer has been successful, identify missing apps/software, Assist with Win 7 rollout via SCCM, Maintain group memberships with AD, Maintain company standards, confirm to SLA’s and OSH requirements, Arrange for disposal of old assets, Research the Win 7 compatibility of the printers within the Water Corporation, Maintain customer satisfaction

Manage and maintain the school's network, Procurement and disposal of ICT equipment, peripherals, software, Maintain an inventory of all ICT equipment and software ordered/purchased , Cabling and patching of new school terminals, Install new software and upgrade existing applications in Win Xp environment, Provide technical support for teachers and pupils, Maintain hardware peripherals (eg scanners, printers, external drives) and ensure hardware (and network cabling) is maintained, Order consumables
