Office administration of a military unit consisting of approximately 180 UK and other Commonwealth officers and soldiers. Translation of documentation from German into English and vice-versa for senior officers and non-commissioned officers. Assist soldiers and other staff in dealings with German authorities. Assist with new business between the unit and local companies.

Received, reviewed and placed customer orders on company I.T. system, produced customer sales quotations and raised credit notes, processed customer orders and enquiries, administered technical and commercial complaints, produced and maintained price contract files.
