Über mich
During my nearly 20 yrs of experience in project management in the construction industry, I could repeatedly observe the challenges in this field. This led me to search for answers and widen my knowledge. Together with Julien Quinet, a software and web-developer, I founded lively.work. Our purpose is to learn from the agile experiences in the IT, to transfer and to offer it to engineering and construction companies. As certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators, we specifically use this method to guide our clients into refocusing on their business purpose and develop sustainable strategies. We also offer to support our clients into implementing an authentic presentation of their business, so that the result is more joy and commitment at work.
