•Handling and follow up on new enquiries (for groups, incentives and conference from 10-1500 people) •To give out availability and rates for bedrooms and banquet events in line with targeted selling strategy •Preparation of agreements for events/ groups •To make decision based on established policies and procedures •To negotiate bedroom rates according to hotel standards to achieve and exceed guest expectations •To solicit and negotiate business through various efforts (Sales calls, telemarketing)

Supervising the team of Sales Executives including on-job-training •Coaching sessions to maintain highest possible standard and comply with company standards and procedures

•Ensures adequate support to In House Group and Hilton Meeting Department •Reviews coming business 1 and 3 months ahead and plans accordingly •Meets the organizers and solves pending issues •Taking care about VIP clients •Ensures that correct individual and professional care is taken by the coordinators •Ensures all function details are reviewed with the clients before and during a function •Makes sure all relevant information are correctly distributed to all department and follow ups

•Supervising the team of Groups & Conventions Sales and Event Executives •Handover of events from Sales department to Event department •Has an overview of coming business 6 months ahead •Monitoring of receiving deposits from clients, data inserted to reservation system •Assisting within important events or congresses

•Handling and follow-up on new enquiries •To give out availability and rates for bedrooms and banquet events in line with targeted selling strategy •Preparation of agreements for events/groups •Responsible for completing function and group information into the reservation system •Negotiate business through various efforts

•Takes over files prior to the group’s / event’s arrival •Meets the organizer upon arrival, discusses changes and additional requests, distributes Function Sheets changes to relevant departments •Reviews the function specification on daily basis •Supervises meetings/congresses, makes sure all is in accordance with agreed Function Sheet (F&B, BQT, Technical requests) and client’s requests •Makes sure all the bills are signed on daily basis latest prior to client’s departure

•Handling F.I.T., Corporate and agency enquiries •Control of arrivals for next day
