• Building up and driving the Swiss Post internal Incubator Program • Coaching internal and external innovation projects with design thinking, business model innovation and lean startup approach

Leading all aspects of the user experience design and being responsible for the process of enhancing user satisfaction with products and services by improving the usability and accessibility. As the customer advocate being the facilitator between the customer and the company in charge of aspects of communication, including products, services, sales and complaints. Designing and leading the conception for complex projects (e.g. Whitelabel Solutions) with a broad scope and evolving objectives.

Building the support and testing department with an outpost in Barcelona from the ground up, inclusive defining strategy, recruiting employees furthermore elaborating service level agreements for product maintenance- and consulting contracts.

• Being responsible for the integration support of international customers in software and hardware for high security semiconductor solutions • Evaluating product requirements and elaborating use cases • Providing technical training for engineers and clients • Project Lead for research field tests, PoC and academic cooperation
