Global Planning and Forecasting Analyst for Dow Automotive business (turnover $1.2 billion in 2003) based in Auburn Hills, Michigan – USA. Maintain the Forecasting and Reporting System (FARS). Provide global reports at all levels: Expense tracking, Sales reporting, Sales Planning and Contribution Margin Report. Support globally the commercial organization in providing reports on demand.

Northern Europe Business Analyst (turnover $85 MM in 2002) and Cross Local Business Analyst for Europe and Pacific Areas (turnover $1 billion in 2002) based in Hitchin – UK Focal point for Benelux, Nordic and UK companies. Prepare and control budget across Northern Europe using ABC and ABMC rules. Sales, expenses and management profitability analysis. Forecasts and actual reporting / analysis to business partners in Europe and in the US Headquarters.

European Specialty Business Analyst and European Headquarters Controller based in Sophia-Antipolis (06) – France. Analyst role for European Specialty products (turnover $21 MM in 2000). European Headquarters Management Fees focal point.

SAP implementation in Durban - South Africa. Responsible for implementing Cost Accounting (4 production sites) and Financial & Statutory modules. Trained local employees according to Dow internal processes.

Prepare and control budget for King’s Lynn (UK) and Stade (Germany) plants. Control inventory valuation: Standard costs, US GAAP Tax and Statutory. Control and report all manufacturing variances. Responsible for Inter-company prices calculation. Focal point for Dow AgroSciences Ltd. ($258 MM) manufacturing costs

Transfer to the Rhine Center all Swiss ($505 MM) and Spanish ($992 MM) banking activities. Quarterly conversion in US GAAP of Ecobilan’s group balance sheet and income statement ($8 MM). Dow AgroSciences SA Country Accounting Specialist Assistant for the 1996 statutory books.
