- Responsible for obtaining visas processes in accordance with the position of expats; - Monitoring of management systems procedures, relevant standards and work instructions for the activities of the visa; - Participation in the development of internal procedures of expatriation; - Coordinate service providers (relocation, income tax and local documents) for transferred; - Interface with international HR department; - Focal point of expats allocated during the International Assignment.

- Responsible for obtaining visas and specific benefits for expats allocated in Rio de Janeiro/Brazil; - Work together with internal areas as payroll, compensation, finance, HR admission and general benefits. Interface with payroll for salary adjustments and payments; - Coordinate service providers (relocation, income tax and local documents) for transferred; - Control of allowances, bonus payments through payroll for expats in Brazil; - Focal point of expats allocated in Rio de Janeiro/RJ.

Responsible for the control and required documentation for submission of onshore visa and offshore to the Ministry of labor and employment; - Analyze the types of visas more suitable to be given to national and international clients in the segment; - Direct support for the Human Resources Department of companies providing accurate information about Visa processes for customers.
