Built React applications from scratch, establishing component structure that became the team's template for subsequent projects. Introduced Docker across dev, QA, and production to fix environment parity; QA handoffs stopped being a recurring issue. Mentored a junior developer on React architecture; within a few months they were shipping features independently. Picked up Flutter/FlutterFlow for mobile delivery and wrote Python scripts for backend automation where the team had gaps.

Coordinated 4 developers across ~10 concurrent projects for one of the world's largest shipbuilding groups, hitting ~90% UAT pass rate while managing releases, change requests, and end-user relationships. Built shared React/Storybook and .NET 6/8 libraries that cut setup time across projects. Designed a React + .NET + EF architecture adopted as the team standard for SharePoint Online. Built an Android AR app in Unity for field workers to view 3D ship plans on-device.

Built an Android app integrated with an existing queue management system, with a runtime-configurable UI so staff could update content without redeployment. Built a cross-platform (Android + iOS) patient flow management app for IRCCS Materno Infantile "Burlo Garofolo" using Angular and NativeScript.
