EURO-Leasing is the rental company of the Volkswagen AG which is providing Mobility for private consumers and for companies alike. The brands EURO-Leasing, MAN Rental, VW FS – Rent-a-car and Euromobil provide flexible short-term or long-term rental agreements for any vehicle of the VW. With more than 2.100 locations for about 40.000 cars just in Germany and additional 130 locations for trucks in Germany and more in Denmark, Sweden, Poland, and France with more than 3.500 trucks and more than 4.500 trailer.

Global responsibility for IT - Infrastructure and Applications

Lead the IT Applications Team for the Middle and Back Office applications in the US and the Applications Team in EMEA and APAC. The team consist of 10 direct reports and 57 people overall in 12 countries. • The goal is to modernize and simplify the Global Kelly applications environment to make business processes more efficient and more flexible.

• Operational oversight of the EMEA Information Technology function and the effective delivery of IT services to the EMEA region. • Provide direction to several large projects and development teams for major, highly complex initiatives. • Influence technical and architectural aspects of enterprise-wide and business-specific decisions and ensure the appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands.

• Develop a strategy for vendor management • Be the key contact for IT vendors in the application area • Negotiate IT sourcing contracts

• General Manager for the only IT Service Center in TRW with 100+ people. • Full P&L responsibility • The IT services provided by the IT Service Center are ERP support, development and project work for SAP and QAD, Infrastructure services, Web Application support, development and projects mainly in Java and .Net •Delivered 3 times the planned profit by implementing strict cost control. •Since October 2010 I am also responsible for the TRW IT operation in Asia

• Global Data Center Project Manager responsible for Data Center hosting decisions on all systems including SAP and QAD • Project Manager to move all European QAD ERP systems from a European Data Center into the new TRW Malaysian Data Center • Technical Team Lead to implement a global SAP finance instance including SAP BW to enable financial shared services and standard reporting • Lead to implement a global Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) in TRW using Sonic Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) as the backbone
