My role consists in analysing, improving and maintaining the global processes for Order to Invoice. Main tasks: - Maintaining and improving global processes - Supporting situations when processing issues are encountered - Responsible for any customization of global processes required - Manage stakeholder and senior management communication on process progress and performance issues - Organize and deliver trainings, including onboarding trainings - Responsible for updating SAP Business Procedures

My role consists of supporting all processes and process issues encountered by the teams. Main Tasks: - Responsible for any customization of global processes required to fit the ES EMEA Finance Operating model - Support the “run” and the “change” environment - Support the managers in driving process improvement activities within the teams - Align with stakeholders in order to establish project prioritization - Trainer - Responsible for Business Controls checks and root cause analysis

My role consists of delivering effectiveness and efficiency projects in order to achieve the targets. Main tasks: - Identify and lead process improvement ideas using Lean Six Sigma methodology - Development and implementation of improvement projects - Lead brainstorming sessions - Forecast volumes, costs and number of employees needed - Create quality reports - Root cause analysis in order to recommend process / productivity improvement - Coordination of internal audits and quality checks

Responsible for correct financial recognition and forecasting budgets according to US GAAP rules. Main tasks: - Month end process - 3rd party process - Account reconciliation - Cost and revenue variance analysis - Maintaining and tracking financial reporting for P&L, Balance Sheet - Order booking, invoicing - Maintenance of the project structures in SAP - Maintain project documentation in accordance to HP policies - Trainer for Excel modules - Subject Matter Expert on Reporting activities.
