- Support function for users management of all external airport services personnel in the EW network as well as the internal users. - Responsible for ordering and distributing station materials to all stations in the EW network. - Support for projects to optimize the passenger handling process. - Updating and optimizing station materials format to adopt changes with IATA or EASA regulation in a cost-effective way. - Forecasting materials required and budgeting for station materials.

Involved in Passenger handling both at the Check-in counter and Gate. Coordination with various handling companies. Involvement in Lounge activities dedicated to Emirates passengers including cost tracing and scenarios analysis. Support function for the Airbus A-380 inaugural flight to HAM in October 2018. Various administration tasks including digitization support. Support for the Self Baggage Drop project with a special focus on passenger perception and Emirates standards.

Working on the express section of the operation helped me to understand how the Courier Express and Parcel (CEP) market segment of Integrators functions. Responsible to deliver speed and efficiency in packet handling to ensure the global reach of the integrators. Main Responsibilities : Managing local (Bonn) packages. Handling high yield (Time Definite International) packages, Express & Express plus parcels – ensuring the parcels make to airport feeder service at right time.
