Overall commercial responsibility for MRO Services of designated systems, mainly for Global Business, calculation of Price Models, support for life cycle simulations, support and monitoring of project maintenance in SAP and project costs, debt management in case of escalation, lead of claim management, post program controlling, risk management of programs, lean management-- basically iniitate measures / actions in coordination with the line accountables in respect to costs, schedules and quality.

Commercial accountability of multiple customers (airlines) in regards to aircraft component pooling programs. Forecasting, controlling, escalation point, customer POC, customer on site contractual fulfillment (frequent travels), contractual fulfillment monitoring and counter action, sales support, trend monitoring, coordination with supply chain SCM, logistics and engineering, small internal project (support and lead).
