During the assistance to head of the project management, using MSPE, KLUSA and MS Excel and Macros, I achieved: - Ownership of Planning of Record POR process for capturing and planning requirements (resources and costs); - Managed communications of requirements between PMO, Project Managers and Feature Leads; - Rolled out a resource and workload analyser tool; - Introduced a process to monitor and analyse the Business Unit KPIs;

Led test engineers, coordinated and supervised the various team tasks and activities for testing wireless mobile modem platforms products. Supervised and trained new starters, Engineers and members of other teams in the testing procedures, through managing activities backlogs and leading daily stand ups.

As a member of the PMO I deployed MicroSoft Project Enterprise Server (MSPE), and partook in developing and rolling out reporting templates and mechanism. Assisted the 3G/HSPA+ RFP/RFQ Tender evaluation Committee and CTO during a tender process. I managed €15m complex Billing project, including the management of requirements, planning, resources, suppliers, resolving issues, execution, testing and acceptance.

In this Agile environment a support had been provided to Product Managers and the Scrum Master, attending daily stand up meetings, defined test cases as well as designed test suits. Triaging products issues. Supervised the Engineers during testing activities and assigned task ownership for fixing faults.

Within the Project Management Team in PRINCE2 model, provided assistance to the project managers maintaining RAID logs, Software Build Release, Defects Management and testing, and then moved to head the Hardware department.

I conducted web research on FMC (Fixed-Mobile Convergence) business development , and provided a briefing to the First Partner Team.

As an intern with Ericsson during the two summers I learned the details of how GSM networks work.I visited several locations in different cities where I assisted in configuring mobile operator’s BTSs. I gained insight into the team work behind the setting up of such a network and saw what it was like to work in a multi-national company like Ericsson. During my time with Ericsson I also partook in two courses; GSM System Survey and DATACOM&IP Fundamental courses.
