Make sure that crewmembers were briefed thoroughly for all long the trips/tours. Ensure that all crews briefed for the tour has valid visas /passports/ vaccines. Worked in advanced and with direct cooperation with other operational departments to guarantee that all documentation and permission were ready on time for the long trips.

Substitute a crew member on time to cover the flights if they reported sick, or if they run out duty.
