Development of masterplan concepts for a BiG Architects project involving the transformation of an entire island. The scope included the public realm, façades, condos, branded residences, art galleries, and two marinas. Responsibilities included defining overall strategies in line with international regulations and Red Sea Global’s environmental sustainability principles; defining the lighting palette; drafting detailed reports; creating diagrams and visual materials.

Development of lighting projects for offices, exhibition spaces, and hospitality; concept development, lighting calculations and constructions details drafting. Acquired BIM skills include family creation, integration into models and parameter compilation. Compilation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for cost and energy consumption estimation, along with the preparation of all documentation related to the delivery of a lighting project according to the best practice.

Competition for an artistic lighting installation for Vivid Sydney 2023, development of the concept, parametric modelling, simulation and 3D animation to program interaction with users. Testing luminaires prototypes, to evaluate optics, electronic, mechanic aspects, including flux emitted, color temperature and heat dissipation. Measurements and lighting tests were carried out with the Seconic spectrometer, comparative reports were drawn up between the different prototype versions.
