Managing supplier qualification and process compliance for electric vehicle components and ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements. Performing supplier risk assessments in cooperation with Purchasing and Engineering, coordinating 8D problem-solving processes and coaching suppliers in order to reduce claim rates and improve material quality and process capability

Managing the operational quality performance of the plant and deploying the site quality strategy in close collaboration with Production and Engineering. Leading a multidisciplinary quality team (Customer, Supplier, Project, Production), acting as primary customer interface, coordinating 8D root cause analysis and monitoring key KPIs (internal/customer PPM, non-quality costs). Driving continuous improvement and lean initiatives to reduce non-conformities and increase customer satisfaction.

Managing operational quality performance across several Autonomous Production Units (up to 400 employees) and acting as main customer contact for quality issues during project, series and warranty phases. Leading QRQC routines, coordinating cross-functional action plans and conducting root cause analysis (8D / 5Why) to reduce customer and internal PPM, non-quality costs and supplier claims. Supporting production teams in the implementation of preventive and corrective actions.

Leading the industrialization of new products from prototype phase to mass production, including feasibility studies, tooling and equipment definition, process validation and ramp-up coordination. Supporting Production and Engineering teams in optimisation of manufacturing processes to reduce cycle times, improve productivity and ensure readiness for series production. Providing technical and cost input to RFQ activities and new business acquisitions.

Managing product conformity throughout the full production lifecycle, from incoming inspection to final release. Serving as single point of contact for customer quality issues and coordinating response activities in project, series and warranty phases. Implementing control plans, leading 8D root cause investigations and coordinating preventive and corrective actions with production teams. Monitoring operational quality indicators (PPM, scrap) and driving performance improvement initiatives.
