As the project manager, responsible for reaching the following goals and results: 1. Ensure that all domains in use by the different brands of T-Mobile comply with the guidelines for email security with control mechanisms SPF, DKIM and DMARC. 2. Drawing up a supported policy regarding the rules of email security, 3. Setting up and organising the operation, 4. Informing stakeholders such as marketing and procurement.

With procurement, I manage a project team with the ultimate goal of selecting a supplier to implement a skilled service desk IT for T-Mobile. I am responsible for the milestones, compiling the bid book, communication between suppliers and the project team, and the implementation of the various phases in the tender.

I manage the progress around the transformation, adoption and governance processes of the Identity Access Management implementation based on SailPoint IDN and CyberArk. Result - Stakeholder sessions to create support and opportunity for interaction among T-Mobile employees to make the transition easy. - Steering the creation of various communication channels, including work instructions, videos, and general information about the program and its progress.

Responsible team lead to setting up a center of excellence (CoE) supporting the organisation during the Run phase. Creating an agile IAM OPS team that operates as a 2nd line plus the further development of IGA and PAM products. Result - Elaborate on the support flow and ensure it is set up, including transfer to different support suppliers. - Creation and coaching IAM OPS team - Guiding and setting up operational readiness for PAM and IGA.

Working together with our supplier to implement Workspace Automation to optimise processes.

Responsible for the Digital @ Work Program as program manager and change manager on approx. 50 office automation / ICT-projects. As such defining the future workplace strategy for 2020 and beyond related to digital transformation of the digital workspace. Automatically I also touch the themes like Security and Data Privacy (GDPR) related to my scope. De OT Coach is binnen Youwe een functie die de operationele taken van de directie overneemt. Binnen Youwe zijn er 4 OT Coaches, verdeeld over de verschillende vestigingen.

Verantwoordelijk voor het succes van het product Social Intranet van Youwe. Enerzijds als product owner de functionaliteit bepalen, anderzijds als marketeer en salesmanager om het product in de markt te zetten.

Verantwoordelijk binnen het CMS team van Youwe voor het in de markt zetten van de verschillende CMS-producten als Drupal, TYPO3 en Neos CMS. Specifiek gericht op branches als Overheid en Onderwijs.
