Work to implement GSGroups own software products applied for the field services industry in the role as Consultant & Project Manager, as well as providing consulting IT services in relation to these implementations, e.g. data imports for large data populations, building customized reports (DevExpress & Microsoft SQL), and integration towards ERP- and salary systems. Our customers journey when working with us is mostly to go from "pen and paper" to a digitalized solution, or an enhancement of digitalization.

Project Manager for a pre-study to a large project in the budget range of approx €6 million for a well known Medi-tech company. This also involved the work with a vast amount of documentation, contracts, and ensuring compliances directives.

Running mostly large Process & IT projects within the Volvo Group to serve the Businesses Product Development area, mainly for Volvo Truck, Volvo Penta, and Volvo Bus. Project budgets ranged from €200 thousands to €6 million, usually with globally dispersed team members going from a handful up to 50-55 people involved. Also ran projects to develop new processes and drive change management, including negotiations with HR and the union as staff and roles were impacted.

Employed within Volvo IT's Consulting Services organization, part of the Project Mgmt group. Completed 7 projects for Volvo Constr. Equip, a highly global company. Focus on the China market within product dev , delivering tools/systems to fit the process, and securing integrations. Including CAD migration and system decommission. Previous to this I had Volvo Trucks + Penta as customers delivering process change, tools implementations, methodology and training events in the CAD- and PDM env. for Volvo Group.

Mainly short assignments as a consultant at many different customers within Scandinavia. Working with systems implementations (PDM and CAD), developing new/existing processes within product development, and also delivering training and education. Customers variated from oil industry to furniture development to dental implants etc. Each with their own specific process to adapt and customize to.

Mechanical engineer on two different assignments. First one concerning development and enhancements of packaging machines at Tetra Pak. Second one was at UBI Printer (later to become Intermec) concerning development of a new printer machine model, involving early design of a new paper rewind unit in plastics. Early design phase including prototyping, mathematical calculations and lots of testing.

Assignment within Volvo Truck Chassies department working with the development of two vertical exhaust piping systems. Focus on the early phase in the project, i.e. new development and design, prototyping, mathematical calculations and testing.

Working with maintenance of chip sorting machines and roulette units, as well as electronic arcade games and pinball machines, i.e. electrical fault tracing and repairs. Further more some manufacturing of spare parts and casino equipment through turning, milling, welding and general tinkering with all sorts of tools.
