Liaised with suppliers and transport companies to ensure parts are available on time to meet the production plan according to minimum stock and cost budget policies. Lead a team of 10 warehouse members. - Released raw material schedules and planned transport collection in a weekly/daily basis. - Managed the phasing out of old products with minimum obsolescence and according to target. - Defined logistic set up and created the raw material supply program for new products.
