Outline My role in Nectar began as back of house, with food running and hosting, working diligently and progressively, and as a result, I was soon promoted and trained in the position of server within a few short months. I managed more than 10 tables at a time, even during our busiest trading days. The competitive working environment inhibited a sales-driven work ethic to which I became one of the top three servers to achieve high sales on a weekly basis.

This was a one year course that had been overlooked by Hughie McGearty, which provided me with an insightful background into the nutrition and practical fundamentals of a personal trainer.
