Besides the classic recruitment activities, I: • constantly stay in touch with technical leaders trying to evaluate needs for hiring and technical and non-technical requirements for the new open roles; • constantly stay in touch with the client (technical management and HR) for feedback, adjustments for the recruitment process, financial rates, etc. ;

As a Board member I took part in the whole process of taking key decisions in order to ensure a healthy growth of the company. As a department manager I ensured a fast and qualitative recruitment process for all the potential or current clients: organizing assessments centers or classical interviews;

IT recruitment for different multinational companies on serveral profiles like: Java Developer, Java Architect, JavaScript Developer, SAP Consultant, SAP/Abap Developer, and so on.
