    My job was to investigate the complex argon/aniline ions contributing to thin film production, deposition rate, and film thickness To optimize the PECVD process and characterize oxidation states of polyaniline thin films. I prepared special samples by photo lithography process for electrical measurement of polyaniline. The various characterization methods used were X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), X-ray absorption near edge structure (NEXAFS), and four probe measurement.

    The task was the to investigate and optimize the polyaniline thin films (TF) by PECVD. My job was to study the changes in plasma by varying control parameters of plasma. The other task was to characterize by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and mass spectrometer. I also did 3D free standing graphene printing on thin films.

In first step, oxidized carbon black (OCB) suspension production from carbon black and nitric acid solution and separation. 2. OCB reduction by hydrazine. 3. The end product characterization by using Thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Atomic force microscopy (AFM). We were successful in preparing the Graphene like sheets.

I was given opportunity to learn about spectroscopic analysis by X-ray photo spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.
