Project Manager for the website www.audi.de/erklaervideos from first idea to Go-Live including lifecycle management, updates and its internationalization. In this context I also coordinate the internal and external activities to communicate the website to our markets, dealers, customers and potential customers.

Project Manager of the editorial office for content.audi - an Audi internal marketing database and playout station for videos, images and documents. I was responsible for the set up and development of the editorial processes as well as for the communication to stakeholders and users. Moreover I drafted system updates and deduced user requirements from existing user feedback. Beside this I did the editorial daily business regarding user and content management, dashboard updates and newsletter management.

Conception incl a CI style guide, production and distribution of explanatory videos/tutorials for the Audi configurator, website (audi.de and its technology pages like audi.de/connect and audi.de/e-tron-solutions) as well as digital retail touchpoints. I produced over 43 explanatory videos and 30 tutorials (in German, English, clean) regarding the technologies of the Audi A8 (2017/18), Audi Q3 (2018/19) and Audi e-tron (2018/19) as well as functions on demand (2019/20).
