Responsible to deliver profitable growth across the designated categories by providing an optimum portfolio range mix, negotiating supplier contracts, monitoring the supply and demand planning and advise internal and external stakeholders on the respective categories. Negotiating terms and conditions of supplier contracts or price change of existing products. Conduct in-depth analysis of category/brand performance by channel and spot key opportunities and risks.

Monitoring every month forecast is in line with previous 6-months history data after adjusting the same for promotions, new incremental sales, seasonality and price changes to ensure stock target is not exceeded and is at its optimum levels. Working on monthly sales report using Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) and if there is any excess stocks or slow-moving SKU’s same information is reported to the Category managers to run the promotion or for liquidation.

Support the inbound clearance and the export process within established standards and transit times. Appraising client on vessel position, execute delivery order, manage operational issues, coordinate with transporters, locating cargo position online & in Port/CFS. Updating all data of container, which discharge from vessel in the system. Updating all activity likes container de-stuffing / stuffing and delivery in our system for invoicing purpose and communicates with the finance department.

Arranging delivery order & formalities for container movement to designated CFS. Planning the shipment dispatch, Monitoring Cargo Arrival & Carting status and preparation of required documentation. Contract Management and Finalization of contract rates with clients. Prepare MIS and various reports (such as Monthly Sea Dispatch report).
