Dr. Samantha Searle

My research is focused on identifying the best practices in the use of SAP and other Enterprise Applications within organizations. I would be very interested in connecting with people whose use SAP and hear about the challenges they face trying to implement and use SAP in their company.

Continued to develop the research I carried out during my PhD and published the results in a highly reputable scientific journal (Astronomy and Astrophysics).

I wrote a report analysing the company corporate image and their consulting methodology. I also developed a consulting guide for their prospective and existing clients in Spanish. In addition, I carried out administrative tasks and assisted in the implementation of one of their current projects.

Short-term project preparing a report on the suitability of the Spanish and Portuguese renewable energy markets for investment. Required extensive research and excellent time & project management skills.

Assess a company's work culture and organisation, focusing on how the company can best motivate its employees to achieve maximum efficiency.
