Scope: IT costs of Opel/Vauxhall - Europe • Supported the convergence of Opel/Vauxhall IT Controlling to the Group standards. • Assisted the Team reorganization. • Standardized financial processes and policies across entities.

Overheads costs Scope: 15 companies in 6 countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic) • Prepared and monitored annual budgets and forecasts • Reviewed and explained the monthly variances between actual and forecast • Validated the costs and the redistribution.

Project: creation of the Financial shared service centre in Slovakia • Monitored the transfer of the financial activities from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Slovakia. • Prepared the Service Legal Agreements between the SSC and the satellites.
