Supported the development of 100+ credit-risk data validations for loan tapes against ECB requirements, covering attribute-level checks and group-level business-rules. Lead GAP and impact analysis for migration of regulatory reports from SAS to Power BI, assessing reporting logic, data requirements and functional differences.

Implementing new regulations governed by EBA and analyzing their impact on various reporting- COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit (Credit Risk Reporting). Prepared workflow metrics using Alteryx and published reporting outputs through Tableau to support analytics and management reporting. Identified opportunities to reduce manual intervention across GRIFFIN and AXIOM, improving regulatory reporting accuracy and control by approximately 20%.

Supported the transition of interest-rate benchmarks from IBOR to alternative benchmarks, analysing impacts on hedge effectiveness using regression, dollar-offset and CTM approaches. Managed multi-layer portfolios under ASC 815 for fair-value hedging of benchmark interest-rate risk involving financial assets with pre-payable features. Analyzed and implemented hedge-designation changes, including separation of time value from option contracts and identification of forward/spot elements for hedge accounting.

Analysed the impact of IFRS 9 implementation on investment products through Contractual Cash Flow Characteristics, Business Model and Expected Credit Loss assessments. Performed current-state controls, systems and process analysis to identify required operating-model changes across businesses and asset classes. Defined new impairment reporting requirements under IFRS 9 and analyzed existing credit-risk reporting processes to identify required changes and enhancements.

Booked accruals, deferrals & amortization of investment products such as Interest rate swaps, Total rate swaps, Swaptions, Futures and Securities (fair value option, Available for sale & at cost) in SAP. Performed valuation of OTC/listed derivatives and securities under IFRS and German GAAP and reconciled book values with custodian/bank market values (Clean price/Dirty price). Managed, analysed and allocated investments across more than 1,600 investment partnerships for investment reporting and client requirements. Prepared financial reporting under US GAAP, including FAS 115 and FAS 133, covering investment securities and derivative instruments. Processed journal entries and verified GL impacts using PeopleSoft 8.8 (Oracle).
