As an ambassador of Hotelschool The Hague (ranked within the top 5 of the world), my fundamental role is to help prospective students learn more about the Business School and their programme of choice. Furthermore, give presentations to hotels about the university.

Organisation and coordination of staff for exclusive events (Summer festival, St.Patricks day, Christmas concert).

Operational planning, coordination, and leading of the service team during events ranging from 2-720 Pax. In constant communication with the ambassador, embassy staff, as well as the kitchen, are an essential part of my work.

Responsible for safety & security within Hotelschool The Hague during the shift. Managing all service outlets throughout the evening (Housekeeping, Front office, Banqueting). BHV (Dutch Emergency Response Team training) / first-aid training obtained as part of the job.

Perform sales calls to existing and new customers, generate leads, working on account database (Salesforce), creating weekly/monthly promotional mailings, newsletters for customers. Prepare sales presentations for customers. Assist other Worldwide Sales Offices in preparation of major events such as ATM (Arabian Travel Market).
