 Design and development of the antibacterial coating (Gentamycin-Palmitate) system on the surface of magnesium implants concentrating on appropriate loading and stability with the aim of continuous and active antibiotic release after bone surgeries  Selection of suitable materials to reach desired properties of the antibacterial agents  Controlling antibacterial activity of the coated materials in in-vitro condition against the most prevalent bacterial species in bone surgeries

Worked at Microbiology Department  Culturing samples collected from wound, urine, stool, blood, CSF, sputum, trachea  Detecting different kinds of bacteria, fungi, parasites and viruses  Evaluation of antibacterial activity of the most effective agents against isolated bacteria by disc diffusion, MIC, E-test and genotyping methods

Detecting rare species of bacteria by microscopical and biochemical analysis  Conducting hygiene inspection of different units in hospital (hygiene check)  Scanning blood samples for bacteria (more than 250 samples per day)

Perform microbiology, biochemistry, hematology, hormone, serology and immunology tests  Worked at emergency ward for 2 months and performed urgent lab tests (10 minutes turnaround)  Taking blood and other biological samples from Patients
